Choose the model that fits the risk and ownership you want. The readiness audit is the usual first step.
Assess
Readiness audit and roadmap. Fixed scope, fixed price. Three weeks, led by a principal architect with a security lead.
Build
A delivery team that designs and ships to agreed outcomes. Usually three to nine months, delivered in waves, with an architect, a delivery lead and four to eight engineers.
Run
We operate and improve the platforms we build. Twelve-month renewable terms, with a named service lead and an on-call engineering team.
Co-engineer
Our engineers inside your team, under your leadership. Three months minimum, from one engineer to a full team, each with an HMR lead.
